About Me
Real-world strategy, real human experience.
I’m Kristina Roosvald author, founder, and advisor for people ready to build businesses with purpose, clarity, and integrity.
For over 15 years, I’ve helped launch and scale startups across Europe, Africa, and Asia managing global operations, building supply chains from scratch, leading multicultural teams, and closing deals with companies like Tesla and Porsche.
But my most defining chapter didn’t happen in a boardroom. It came through burnout.
That unraveling forced me to question everything I thought success meant. I discovered that ambition without awareness doesn’t just burn you out it burns bridges, including the one to yourself.
Out of that experience came Balbridge my company and my compass. It’s a name rooted in two things that keep me grounded: Bali, the place where I return to recharge and reconnect with my family, and Bridge, a symbol of how I connect business strategy with personal growth helping founders cross from chaos to clarity.
Today, I work with aspiring and early-stage founders who are just starting out helping them build their businesses from the ground up with calm focus and sustainable momentum.
And as the author of a guidebook on co-founder dynamics, I also help entrepreneurs navigate the human side of business because success isn’t just about what you build, but who you build it with.

I’ve lived and worked in Uganda, Indonesia, Estonia, the UK, Spain, Australia, Sweden and the Philippines, and I understand the unspoken layers that make or break partnerships.
