About Me
I’m Kristina Roosvald—author, founder, and advisor for people ready to build businesses with purpose, clarity, and integrity.For over 15 years, I’ve helped launch and scale startups across Europe, Africa, and Asia—managing global operations, building supply chains from scratch, leading multicultural teams, and closing deals with companies like Tesla and Porsche.But my most defining chapter didn’t happen in a boardroom.
It came through burnout.That unraveling forced me to question everything I thought success meant. I discovered that ambition without awareness doesn’t just burn you out—it burns bridges, including the one to yourself.Out of that experience came Balbridge—my company and my compass.
It’s a name rooted in two things that keep me grounded:

I’ve lived and worked in Uganda, Indonesia, Estonia, the UK, Spain, Australia, Sweden and the Philippines, and I understand the unspoken layers that make or break partnerships. I help you avoid cultural blind spots, build bridges across perspectives, and lead teams with empathy and awareness.
Calm is a strategyFounders often operate in fight-or-flight mode—overloaded, overstimulated, and running on adrenaline. But your best decisions don’t come from urgency. They come from stillness. Through breathwork and nervous system regulation, I help you reconnect with the part of you that sees clearly, so you can lead without panic and scale with presence.
Structure supports intuitionI don’t believe in rigid systems that crush creativity, or in flowy chaos that leads to burnout. I believe in a structure that holds space for intuition. Systems and strategy should support your instincts, not suppress them. Together, we build frameworks that give your ideas room to breathe and grow.
